Earth day is coming up and did you know that the gardens surrounding the Saint James Paris are a natural protected area within the city of Paris? The hotel's garden-inspired restaurant, Bellefeuille, recently retained its Michelin star under its new chef, and the Michelin recognition didn't stop there: The hotel also received a Green Star for sustainability, and is one of just 24 Paris hotels to receive 3 Michelin Keys, a new award which it equates to "an extraordinary stay" – the highest recognition the committee awards to hotels.
Experience the gardens from a unique perspective by staying in one of two new private Pavilion Rooms in the hotel's former gatehouses, each with a terrace and private spa (pictured above and at top on right and left).
Hotel Norman is the newest address of the collection with stylish interiors inspired by graphic designer Norman Ives and many rooms with private balconies. Paris' famous Thai Chef Thiou, closed her restaurant to open a namesake one at Hotel Norman with tables indoors and in the hotel's covered courtyard.
Hotel Norman's two new signature suites are now ready for guests:
Terrace Suite - Enjoy views of the city from this rooftop suite with living room, bedroom and veranda greenhouse with sofa lounge area and terrace.
Sky Suite (above left) - Wake up to the Paris sky in this 2-bedroom duplex suite with balconies on both floors and a terrace with Eiffel Tower views.
Just down the road from Hotel Norman, the new, art-nouveau-inspired Château des Fleurs is all the buzz in Paris and beyond with coverage in T magazine, and awards soon to be announced from notable others. It sits in an ideal location tucked on a quiet street just off the Champs-Elysees. Its new spa opened recently and is available for exclusive use for guests to book by appointment.
Hotel Balzac joins the collection when it reopens on June 1 after a full transformation! The 58 room-and-suite prestige property is a tribute to the golden years of the Champs-Elysées with a subdued, refined style featuring Eiffel Tower views, connecting options, bar and spa. It's home to the 3-Michelin star restaurant Pierre Gagnaire. Hôtel Balzac will open as a Relais & Châteaux member. Book now for stays June 1 and beyond.
